ATHOS OLIVE has as main activity the production, processing and marketing of edible olives.
The company ATHOS OLIVE started its activity in 2006 by Stelios Choutas and George Mardas and it works in private buildings 8000m2 based in Ormylia. It is the largest region of Greece where the variety of Chalkidiki olives is grown, thus ensuring direct supply high quality product directly from farmers producers.
Through the production of Integrated Management System, the Company dynamically entered the field of processing, packaging and marketing resulting in excellent quality edible Chalkidiki olives. ATHOS OLIVE has great potential processing several tons without compromising quality, always in ways friendly to the environment.

Is grown centuries ensuring proper nutrition and good health. The bond of olive with Chalkidiki began the Hellenistic and Roman times. Olive growing in Chalkidiki today, has an area of 310,000 acres to 5 millions of Trees, which means 1/3 of the cultivated area of the county.
The Green Chalkidiki Olives come exclusively from the variety «Chalkidiki». Characterized by large fruit size with a high proportion of flesh to stone, bright yellow color, fine fruity aroma and slightly spicy taste. They have a special way of preparing according to the sales (whole, pitted, stuffed and crushed) and is the product of PDO from 2012.
